New Publication: CREPE

We are excited to share the preprint for a bioinformatic tool that we have been developing in the Breuss Lab: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.03.28.646040v2. CREPE (CREate Primers and Evaluate) is a large-scale primer design and specificity analysis tool.
